The slow deterioration of coral reefs worldwide has finally made it’s way to major national news. Why? The reef situation in the world is dire. Coral reefs are vital.
The abundance of reef-building corals in the Caribbean has decreased by more than 80%. This silent killer affects all of us. Few people understand this.
Important to revive. Important to survive. Important to the thrive.
Every organization has a reason for it’s existence. We have one very big reason.
The Ocean.
Mission: Ocean Reef offers a hands-on expedition at and in the ocean. Guests will enjoy a live-aboard sailing experience in Caribbean locations.
Partnering with local island scientists and local environmental groups, Mission: Ocean Reef provides an important education for our guests on the critical need to restore the coral reef environment. Guests will learn the coral restoration approach and have an opportunity to dive and snorkel to observe the underwater coral nurseries. Trips include a special island cultural experience from food, music, dance, and storytelling from the native Caribbean elders.
The expedition is designed to be life-changing, bringing the ocean to the forefront for all. Our guests will never look at the ocean in the same way again after this experience.

We have a job to do. It does not stop when you leave the island. Many want to help the ocean, but don’t know how. That is where 7-365 comes in.
